Adjustable base manufacturer Customatic Adjustable Bedz, with headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts, has hired Jillian McCarty to the new post operations director.
McCarty, the daughter of company co-founder Phil McCarty, has responsibility for customer outreach, product costing, internal reporting, bookkeeping and office management.
She is a 2013 graduate of Boston University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in communications and public relations. Most recently, McCarty was assistant to the box officer manager at Brighton Music Hall.
“Having grown up in the business, Jillian has an incomparable understanding of its mechanics and we are excited to have her join us as a member of the Customatic team,” said Phil Sherman, Customatic Adjustable Bedz co-founder. “She brings new dimension to the company and its internal workings.
