Machinery supplier Atlanta Attachment Co. has inked an exclusive distribution deal with Meca Srl, a manufacturer of quilting machinery based in Olona, Italy. The agreement gives Atlanta Attachment the right to sell, install and service Meca equipment in North America, and expands the Lawrenceville, Georgia-based company’s offerings to include Meca’s unique, high-speed multineedle quilting machinery, including the Inventio, a versatile double chain-stitch quilter for mattress panels and borders.
“AAC looks forward to working with our new partner to offer our valued customers the highest quality quilting equipment in the industry,” said Hank Little, Atlanta Attachment president.
Meca Vice President Alberto Landoni also commented on the distribution deal: “We are very excited about joining our efforts with those of Atlanta Attachment Co. as we believe that bringing together the know-how and product portfolios of both companies will allow us to create superior customer value.”
