Sanitized, a licensor of anti-microbial technology used on mattress fabrics, has named Scott Rosenzweig president of the newly established U.S. headquarters of the Swiss-based company. The U.S. headquarters are located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Rosenzweig holds an MBA from New York University and has 25 years of experience in strategic brand extension, new product development and proactive licensee management, according to a news release. Prior to joining Sanitized, he was senior vice president, North America for Microban International Ltd.
“My job will be to expand the U.S. presence of the Sanitized ingredient brand,” Rosenzweig said. “This will allow our licensed partners the opportunity to build their businesses and to differentiate their products by delivering to their end users our core benefits of freshness, comfort, and/or material protection.”
Darrell Burnette, who has been a U.S. contact since 2008, was promoted to sales manager North America and will focus on textiles, Rosenzweig noted in the release.
