Dream Bed Aids LA Homeless #DreamItForwardLA

Dream Bed is donating $1 to PATH for every Twitter, Facebook or Instagram post using #DreamItForwardLA, from Oct. 19 to Nov. 10.

The Dream Bed brand, sold by Houston-based retailer Mattress Firm Holding Corp., is sponsoring an initiative to assist the homeless in Los Angeles. The effort is part of the company’s cause marketing strategy for the new compressed, rolled and boxed bed. Mattress Firm donates one twin Dream Bed to a needy individual for every Dream Bed sold online.

The Los Angeles event is the second of its kind hosted by the brand, and is a part of a nationwide “Buy a Dream. Give a Dream” donation tour.

In Los Angeles, the Dream Bed team partnered with the nonprofit People Assisting the Homeless; donating 100 compressed, rolled and boxed beds; and sending volunteers to help at a PATH shelter for homeless families.

In addition, Dream Bed is donating $1 to PATH for every Twitter, Facebook or Instagram post that used #DreamItForwardLA, from Oct. 19 to Nov. 10.
