Tempur-Pedic, part of Lexington, Kentucky-based Tempur Sealy International, has launched an aggressive training campaign for retail sales associates with a goal of reaching as many as 20,000 RSAs by the end of the first quarter of 2017.
As part of the campaign, a video series shows how proprietary “Tempur material” works and how it is different from other foams. Each video focuses on distinctive features that set Tempur-Pedic apart from its competition.
The training kits also include handouts, product demo units and other videos designed to energize sales associates.
