Manufacturer and retailer Denver Mattress Co., part of Denver-based retail chain Furniture Row, has launched a boxed-bed brand called Sleep Animalzzz sold through the website SleepAnimalzzz.com.
With Denver-based Denver Mattress’ new line, consumers take a sleep quiz to determine which of four Sleep Animalzzz best match their mattress needs.
The all-foam mattresses retail for $799 in queen sizes and are comprised of a separate upholstered foam topper with accompanying high-density foam base. Beds are manufactured at the company’s Denver plant.
Shoppers use a website quiz about their sleep patterns to find the best fit among four “Sleep Animal” models: Murphy the Moose, Maya the Mountain Lion, Bernie the Bear and Oscar the Owl. Each animal coincides with a different topper and base combination. Toppers have either soft or medium comfort, while base foams have soft, medium and firm support. Replacement toppers can be purchased to extend the life of the bed.
