Mattress licensing group Spring Air International hired Brian Lundstrom to fill the newly created role of customer experience specialist.
Lundstrom reports to Nick Bates, president of the Boston-based company, and is responsible for streamlining and maintaining order entry processes and fulfillment procedures with national retailers. He also handles customer issues and order cancellations, as well as works with Spring Air factories on product returns.
He previously worked with Essex Newbury North Contracting Corp./Excell Construction Corp.
