Logan, Utah-based sleep accessories supplier Malouf raised $41,314 for Citizens Against Physical and Sexual Abuse at its Malouf Foundation’s second annual Art for CAPSA art auction and dinner fundraiser.
On Oct. 6, more than 100 guests enjoyed dinner prepared by Malouf Chef Courtney Larsen while bidding on art donated by local artists.
“Last year, which was our first time putting on a fundraising event, we raised $22,000 for CAPSA,” said Sam Malouf, chief executive officer of Malouf and board member of the Malouf Foundation. “We had a goal to double what we did last year, and we came close to the mark in raising funds for an incredible organization that does critical work in our community.”
