Top-of-bed supplier DesignWeave, with headquarters in Dayton, New Jersey, has named Tracy Laskowski Miller to the new position executive vice president of merchandising and marketing.

She previously was director of product innovation for Pacific Coast Feather Co.
In her new position, Miller reports to Henry Wang, chief executive officer of DesignWeave, which specializes in sheets, down and down alternative pillows, mattress pads, feather/fiber beds, and travel accessories. The company supplies top-of-bed products for Sleep Number stores, Art Van Furniture and Art Van’s PureSleep stores.
“Tracy is an experienced, accomplished leader and spokesperson with a track record of innovation and new product success at the most respected companies in retail and hospitality,” Wang said. “She has made a name for herself delivering on innovative products and breakthrough ideas in performance materials.
