Chicago-based Protect-A-Bed has promoted Miguel Marrero from manager of information technology product development to director of international sales.
Mark Magliulo has moved into the manager of information technology product development role after serving as executive assistant to James Bell, Protect-A-Bed’s chief executive officer, for the past year and a half.
The changes come on the heels of a very successful Winter Las Vegas Market Jan. 28-Feb. 1 in Las Vegas, according to a company news release.
Marrero, who joined the company in 2005, said: “Few companies place challenges and opportunities in your path like Protect-A-Bed has. I am grateful for the faith the team has placed in me and am excited to use my industry insight to further grow Protect-A-Bed’s international reach.”
In his new post, Marrero reports to Bell.
Magliulo, who has broad-based information technology talents that include both programming and designing, reports to Warrick Bell, vice president of product development for Protect-A-Bed.
