Neal Grigg
Raffel Systems, a designer and manufacturer of electronic controls for furniture and bedding in Germantown, Wisconsin, has hired mattress industry veteran Neal Grigg as its bedding specialist.
This is a new position for Raffel Systems.
Grigg has more than 40 years of experience in the mattress business with expertise in marketing and the design of bedding applications. Previously, he was owner and chief executive officer of Carolina Mattress Guild, a regional mattress manufacturer with factories in Thomasville, North Carolina, and Orlando, Florida. Prior to that, Grigg was regional vice president of Leggett & Platt Inc. for 26 years.
