Adjustable base supplier Ergomotion, with U.S. headquarters in Santa Barbara, California, has hired Shae Gentry as director of supply chain, a new position.
Gentry has more than 20 years of experience leading supply chain, logistics and transportation management for global companies. At Ergomotion, he is responsible for end-to-end management of the company’s supply chain design and operations for retail distribution, e-commerce and home delivery. He leads and develops Ergomotion’s growing operations group and oversees the building of a logistics and supply chain network. He reports to Kyle Muench, vice president of operations.
Most recently, Gentry was senior director of supply chain for Shippabo, a cloud-based supply chain management platform. Previously, he was director of logistics operations for
PlayStation and director of transportation for Technicolor Global Logistics. In addition, he was vice president of operations for FDSI Logistics.
