Bedding machinery maker D.R. Cash Inc., with headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, has introduced the GT3 Air Flotation Table. With its evenly distributed airflow, it boasts all of the benefits of the GT2 air table, allowing operators to easily maneuver heavy panels and pads during sewing and serging. But the GT3 features variable-speed airflow, giving users the ability to lower the air speed for lightweight material, and increase it for thicker, heavier work pieces, according to the company.
All D.R. Cash flotation tables are designed to reduce operator fatigue and speed production. They feature a perforated steel, powder-coated tabletop and standard sizing of 12 feet by 8 feet, with a 20-inch-by-48-inch cutout for the sewing machine table. Custom dimensions, tool drawers and material roll holders also are available.
