Beverly Knits, parent of industry supplier Creative Ticking, has partnered with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to help fill the shortage of face masks for health care personnel, first responders and others during the coronavirus pandemic. The Gastonia, North Carolina-based company joins several dozen U.S. textile suppliers in the public/private partnership. These include A. Lava & Son Co., Culp Inc. and Jomel Seams Reasonable. Beverly Knits donated some of its first production run to Gastonia emergency services personnel and local police officers.
