To assist customers homebound due to COVID-19, Rize now offers virtual showroom visits. Formerly known as Mantua Manufacturing Co., which remains the name of the parent company, Rize is a supplier of bed frames, bedroom furniture, mattresses, pillows and bedding protection products. Rize Live virtual showroom visits can be scheduled by contacting a Rize sales manager or by emailing [email protected].
Product specialists for the Solon, Ohio-based company conduct the personal video tours at one of four Rize product showrooms, answering questions and demonstrating product features. Customers can view as many products as they like.
To drive interest, Rize is offering customers who take a tour up to 20% off mattress orders placed by July 10.
“We have thousands of customers across the country, and we’re usually happy to have them in to one of our four showrooms to take a look at a product,” said David Jaffe, Rize president. “Things are different now with the current concerns over travel and social interaction. We wanted to provide a solution that allowed for a personal look at our products without leaving home.”
