Kimberly Fisher
Talalay Global, a Shelton, Connecticut-based latex supplier and manufacturer of the Pure Talalay Bliss brand, has promoted Kimberly Fisher to president.
She had been serving as chief operating officer and will continue in that role. According to David Fisher, chief executive officer, sales and marketing have been added to her responsibilities.
Fisher started working for Talalay Global in 2013. Prior to becoming COO, she was vice president of operations.
In a news release, she described herself as a “paradigm shifter.”
“The key drivers throughout our organization are safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity,” Fisher said, adding that “success lies in focusing on and balancing those priorities on a consistent basis to achieve strategic top-line growth and bottom-line impact.”
