Online mattress brand Ghostbed has extended its use of wrapped vehicle advertising Wrapify to promote its brand.
The Wrapify app allows drivers in certain cities to sign up and earn money by having their vehicles wrapped in a specific marketer’s advertising. Drivers connect with an app that tracks how much they drive and where they go and compensates them accordingly.
Ghostbed, which is manufactured and sold by sleep products maker Nature’s Sleep, based in Plantation, Florida, currently uses Wrapify-wrapped vehicles in Chicago, San Francisco, and now its home state of Florida. In the Sunshine State, the company has organized “swarms” of 50 wrapped vehicles in South Florida all converging in one area to “dominate the visual landscape,” according to a news release.
“The moment I heard about Wrapify, the idea immediately clicked with me, and it’s already proven to be a big success,” said Marc Werner, Ghostbed chief executive officer and founder. “I’ve always believed in the power of outdoor advertising—it’s real, you can see it, you know it’s getting in front of people’s eyes—and Wrapify is an ingenious expansion of its power.”
Founded in 2015, Wrapify is headquartered in San Francisco and helmed by James Heller, founder and CEO. Wrapify is present in six states and 18 markets.
