Manufacturer Symbol Mattress, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, named the inaugural recipients of its President’s Circle Awards, which recognize top sales professionals for 2018.
The four honored were Mark Fieldstein and Cliff Fincher, sales representatives who cover North Carolina as a team; Dick Mankamyer, regional manager; and Dallas Tennyson, business development manager. Each received a plaque and a $1,000 check during the company’s sales meeting held prior to the opening of the Winter Las Vegas Market Jan. 27-31.
“The President’s Circle Awards was created to recognize our sales professionals who perform their jobs above and beyond expectations,” said Nick Hrkman, national sales manager. “Each of the sales professionals honored in our first year of this award has consistently posted solid sales performance, demonstrated best practices in full stewardship of their accounts from order accuracy to handling logistics and credit, and communicated effectively within our team and organization.”
