The Flex Group has hired industry veteran Jon Stowe as managing director of E.S. Kluft & Co., the Rancho Cucamonga, California-based manufacturer of the Aireloom and Kluft mattress brands. Stowe replaces Juan Dionis, who has left the company.
“Jon brings broad industry knowledge, experience and commitment to the niche high-end bedding market,” said Alain Rauh, international director of The Flex Group, headquartered in Madrid. “His track record in growing midsize companies and expanding brands through international exposure, along with his expertise in product innovation, sales and operations, makes him an ideal fit for our organization. Jon brings drive and passion to the company and we are thrilled to have Jon on board.”
Most recently, Stowe was senior vice president and general manager of FXI’s home furnishings division. Prior to that, he was with Owen & Co. Earlier, he was chief operating officer and then chief executive officer of Dormeo Octaspring. He began his career with Kingsdown, moving from plant manager to vice president of sales to vice president of corporate development.
